Bucket list travel destinations are the beacons in our stormy sea of life. I have many. Hopefully you do as well. I also have a full-time job so I’m limited to biting off one bucket list trip per year. Last year it was Greenland. This year it’s Long Caye, Belize because it’s the closest I’ll ever get to living out my fantasy of being shipwrecked on Gilligan’s Island. But first, I need a Long Caye, Belize packing list.
